The problem
What this page exists to fix.
Enterprise procurement for AI voice platforms fails at the security review stage more often than any other. The vendor has a compelling demo. The commercial terms are reasonable.
Then your CISO asks for the SOC 2 report, and the vendor has a Type I from 18 months ago. They ask about HIPAA, and the answer is "we're working on it." They ask about PCI DSS for payment flows, and the vendor suggests you handle that yourself. Compliance is not a feature to be added later.
It is the foundation on which enterprise AI infrastructure must be built. Vociply was designed from day one for regulated-industry deployment. SOC 2 Type II is a continuous audit, not a one-time attestation.
HIPAA Business Associate Agreements are standard, not an enterprise add-on. PCI DSS Level 1 covers all payment flows. GDPR and CCPA data handling is documented, auditable, and enforceable by contract.
If your organization operates under HIPAA, GLBA, FFIEC, EU GDPR, or PCI DSS, Vociply is built to meet the standard — not approximate it.
What teams build with Vociply
HIPAA-compliant patient communications
AI voice agents for healthcare — scheduling, prescription refills, and triage — with signed Business Associate Agreements, PHI handling protocols, and full audit logging. BAA included with every healthcare deployment at no additional cost.
PCI DSS payment processing over voice
AI agents that collect payment details over the phone — card number, CVV, expiry — using tokenized processing. Card data never stored in Vociply systems. PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Scope reduction documentation available.
GDPR-compliant European deployments
Data residency options in EU regions. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) available for all European deployments. Consent recording, data subject access request workflows, and deletion procedures documented and auditable.
Financial services (GLBA / FFIEC)
Voice AI for banking and lending — with GLBA safeguards rule compliance, FFIEC authentication guidelines, and CPNI protection for telecom-adjacent use cases. Full compliance scripting for required disclosures.
SOC 2 Type II for enterprise procurement
Full SOC 2 Type II report available under NDA for enterprise procurement review. Covers security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy trust service criteria. Annual third-party audit.
TCPA and call recording compliance
Built-in consent tracking, state-specific recording disclosure scripts, DNC scrubbing, and calling window enforcement. Compliance rules are configurable per jurisdiction and enforced at the campaign level — not left to individual operators.
Under the hood
Infrastructure security architecture
Vociply runs on SOC 2 certified cloud infrastructure. All data encrypted at AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Network segmentation isolates customer data at the tenant level. Penetration testing conducted annually by independent third-party security firms. Vulnerability disclosure program active.
Access control and audit logging
Role-based access controls with least-privilege defaults. MFA enforced for all administrative access. Every action — agent configuration changes, call record access, data exports — generates an immutable audit log entry. Logs are tamper-evident and available for SIEM integration via webhook or API.
Data handling and retention
Configurable call recording and transcription retention periods — from 30 days to indefinite. Right-to-deletion workflows compliant with GDPR Article 17 and CCPA. No data used for model training without explicit opt-in. Data processing agreements available for all regulated deployments.

Getting started
Three steps, in order.
- 01
Create your agent
Name it, choose a voice, and write a system prompt — or start from a template for support, sales, or scheduling.
- 02
Connect your tools
Attach a knowledge base, build the workflow on the canvas, and connect Google Calendar, Slack, or your CRM.
- 03
Assign a number and go live
Link a Twilio or Telnyx number and the agent starts answering. Or upload a list and launch an outbound campaign.
Frequently asked questions
Open one to read the answer.
Is Vociply HIPAA compliant? Can we get a BAA?
Yes. Vociply is HIPAA compliant and provides signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for all healthcare customers. PHI is handled according to HIPAA Security Rule requirements: encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), access-controlled, and audit-logged. BAAs are available at all tiers — not restricted to enterprise contracts.
What does PCI DSS Level 1 compliance mean in practice?
PCI DSS Level 1 is the highest level of payment card industry certification, required for organizations processing over 6 million card transactions annually. For Vociply, this means: card data is never stored in our systems, all payment flows use tokenized processing, cardholder data environments are scoped and isolated, and annual on-site QSA assessments are conducted. Scope reduction documentation is available for customers undergoing their own PCI assessment.
How do you handle data under GDPR?
Vociply offers EU-region data residency for European deployments. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available and include Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers. Call recordings and transcripts are subject to configurable retention periods. Data subject access requests and deletion requests are executable via API or dashboard. We do not use customer data for AI model training.
Can we get your SOC 2 report for our security review?
Yes. Our SOC 2 Type II report is available under mutual NDA for enterprise procurement and security reviews. The report covers the full Trust Service Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Contact our enterprise team to initiate the NDA and documentation request.
Where is customer data stored?
By default, data is stored in US regions (AWS us-east-1). EU-region deployment is available for GDPR-sensitive use cases — data then stays within AWS eu-west-1 and eu-central-1. Data residency is contractually guaranteed for enterprise agreements. No data is transferred outside the configured region.
